No. These sessions are designed to meet you where you are, whether you're new to this or have worked with breathwork before.

How many sessions should I consider?
For complete integration and lasting transformation, a ten-session cycle is ideal. A minimum of four sessions is recommended to begin appreciating the depth of the method. Even a single session can bring significant clarity.
How long does each session last?
The sessions are 120 minutes long. We begin with a brief recap from the last time, continue with a guided breathing cycle, and conclude with time for integration and closing.
Is it a safe method?
Yes, for most healthy adults. During the free consultation, we'll discuss your health history to ensure the procedure is appropriate.
