    Soul Syntropy is how I describe the movement towards inner and outer harmony: when your inner world and your daily life begin to support each other instead of pulling in opposite directions.

    It's the name I give to the way I work with breathwork, fascial maneuvers, and a yoga-inspired lifestyle. Together, these elements help your nervous system calm down, your body release old tension, and your everyday choices become more aligned with what you value.

    Iris Usha has spent over 25 years exploring how breath, body, and daily life shape our inner world, including 14 years as a yogic nun dedicated to social service and teaching yoga, meditation, and lifestyle in various countries. Her work integrates yogic wisdom, breathwork, fascial maneuvers, and emotional integration to offer a serene and practical space that supports real change in everyday life.
