Soul Syntropy at Work – Embodied Wellbeing for Teams and Leaders

Tailor-made experiences for teams and leaders seeking focus, presence, and sustainable well-being, not just another workshop.

Who is this for?

I work with organizations that want to take care of their people in a real and embodied way, not just "check" a wellness box.

Soul Syntropy's corporate proposals are a particularly good fit for:

· Small and medium-sized organizations, NGOs and purpose-driven businesses.

· Teams in professional, creative, educational, health or service sectors, where work is primarily mental and relational and people live with constant responsibility.

  • Leaders who perceive that stress, fatigue, and emotional overload are gradually eroding focus, collaboration, and joy at work.
  • These are usually places where people are involved, work hard and sustain a lot, and where there is a genuine desire to support them better.

Why do organizations call Soul Syntropy

Teams and leaders I work with often recognize some of these patterns:

  • Chronic tension and fatigue in the body. People keep showing up, but they're tired. Stress settles in shoulders, jaws, back, and sleep patterns. Energy levels are flatter, recovery time is shorter, and "just one more lap" has become the norm.
  • Less patience and faster reactions: Under pressure, it becomes more difficult to listen, collaborate, and remain generous. Reactivity increases, and minor issues escalate more quickly.
  • Fear of losing valuable people: Leaders see their most committed people approaching their limit and fear burnout, disengagement, or silent resignation, but they don't want to offer something superficial or purely theoretical.
  • Soul Syntropy provides practical and embodied tools for people to feel a change in their bodies, not just understand a concept with their minds.

    1. Soul Syntropy for Teams – half-day or full-day workshop

    An experiential workshop that combines:

    · Gentle Fascial Maneuvers to release physical tension and help the body move from a state of "on guard" to one that is more open and receptive.

  • I work with breathing to calm and regulate the nervous system in real time.
  • Brief spaces for reflection to connect what is felt in the body with values, communication and daily work.
  • Results:

  • A shared experience of calm, clarity, and presence.
  • Specific self-regulation tools that people can use in meetings, before presentations, or after intense interactions.
  • A common language to notice when stress is rising and how to respond more wisely together.
  • 2. Embodied Leadership Presence – Leaders Series

A series of 3–6 sessions (online or in-person) for leaders and key people, focused on:

  • Awareness of the nervous system in leadership and decision-making.
  • · Use breathing, posture and fascia to stay grounded under pressure.

  • Lead in a manner aligned with personal and organizational values.
  • Create atmospheres of psychological safety and clear and friendly communication.
  • Results:

  • Leaders who are able to stay more focused during difficult conversations.
  • Greater congruence between what is said and how it is embodied.
  • A contagion effect on the team's climate and culture.
  • 3. Continued practice and integration

To avoid the "sudden high followed by a crash" effect, we can offer:

  • Monthly or quarterly practice circles (online) for your team or leadership group.
  • Brief guided sessions focused on nervous system resets, fascial release, and reflection on values.
  • This supports habit formation and keeps wellness on the radar without cluttering schedules.

    How the process works

    1. Initial Conversation We meet to understand your organization, current challenges, and desired outcomes.

    2. Proposal and design I propose one or more formats (workshop, series, practice circles) adapted to the size of the team, the budget and availability.

    3. Facilitation The sessions are experiential, gentle, and accessible. Participation is encouraged, not forced. Everything is adapted to the group's reality.

    4. Follow-up You receive simple practices that teams can continue to use, and we review together whether additional support would make sense.
