    As the demands of life, work, and relationships increase, your internal system seeks harmony between body, mind, and environment. These sessions create space for that harmony: ritualized mornings, mindful movement, simple and clear nutrition, order in your environment, and lifestyle alignment rooted in ancient wisdom.


    With over 25 years of yogic practice, including 14 years as a yogic nun teaching yoga, meditation and service around the world, I accompany you to live with more alignment, sustained energy and a clearer mind.

    • Do I need prior experience in yoga or lifestyle coaching?

      No. Whether it's your first time encountering these topics or you've already explored other ways of living more consciously, the sessions are tailored to your starting point.

    • How many sessions should I consider?

      Results vary. Some people notice significant changes after just a few sessions. For a structural lifestyle transformation, a course of ten sessions is recommended.

    • How long does each session last?

      Each session is 60 minutes long. In each meeting, we explore a specific aspect of your life, with practical insights, simple adjustments, and home exercises to support your integration.

    • Is it compatible with a very busy schedule?

      Yes. The approach is designed for busy lives and supports sustainable changes in your habits, your body, your mind, and your environment.

    • What happens during the assessment session?

      You'll fill out a short questionnaire, and then we'll meet to review your current pace, your context, and your goals. Together, we'll define the path that best suits you, tailored to your individual needs.
