      Each session lasts about 60 minutes. I guide you through specific postures and maneuvers, with physical contact only when appropriate and only in face-to-face sessions.

      The sessions are available in person in Sitges / Barcelona, or online in a guided format.

      Yes. I offer sessions for two people (couples, friends, colleagues) who want to work together.
