After a brief introduction, we move into a personalized combination of guided breathing, fascial maneuvers, and simple lifestyle reset practices. The pace is gentle yet precise, with time to integrate at the end, so you leave not "broken," but centered and present.
Is there an assessment before we start?
Yes. You'll fill out a short questionnaire and we'll have a free introductory conversation to clarify your needs, review contraindications, and define the best path for your session or process.
