About Iris Usha and the Soul Syntropy approach

A life of practice and service, now dedicated to walking alongside others in their own processes of change. Soul Syntropy is the name I use for this way of working with breath, body, emotions, and daily life.

My journey

My journey began over twenty-five years ago within the yogic tradition, in a rhythm of daily practice, introspection, and service. For fourteen of those years, I lived as a yogic nun, offering social service and teaching yoga, meditation, and lifestyle in over fourteen countries and communities.

Those years showed me, in a very simple and direct way, how breath, body, emotions, memory, and senses are completely interconnected. Later, I trained in the Van Laere Breathwork Method and Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers, bringing together yogic wisdom with modern somatic approaches and lifestyle principles that have sustained me for decades. My name is Iris Usha. Iris is my birth name, and Usha is my spiritual name, which means dawn, morning light. For me, it is a quiet reminder of renewal and hope on the path I am walking.

Today I work from Sitges and Barcelona, and also online with people from different parts of the world who feel that something within them is calling for greater alignment. I don't come with all the answers. I bring my experience, my presence, and a genuine intention to help you listen to your own inner system and take the next honest step.

If you'd like to explore the possibility of working together, you can book a free, brief 20-minute assessment session.

What does Soul Syntropy mean?

Soul Syntropy begins with two words.

Soul refers to the part of you that feels, intuits, and silently knows when something is true or not. It is your intimate sense of being, beyond roles and expectations, the place within you that recognizes beauty, connection, and meaning.

Syntropy is a term used in science and systems theory to describe the movement toward greater order, coherence, and life. While entropy is the tendency to disperse and disintegrate, syntropy refers to patterns that organize, heal, and regenerate when the right conditions exist.

Together, Soul Syntropy is the movement of your inner and outer life towards more coherence: a return to inner and outer harmony, where your breath, body, emotions, and mind begin to work together instead of against each other.

It's where yogic wisdom meets modern bodywork methods – fascial maneuvers, the Van Laere Breathwork Method, and yoga-inspired lifestyle alignment. It's not about fixing yourself or forcing anything, but about gently realigning your internal system so you can move through life with more presence and resilience.

In practice, it means creating conditions in your system and daily life that support you to feel more connected, clear, and resourceful, even as life around you continues to change.

How I work

Before beginning any deeper work, we start with a free assessment session and a short questionnaire. This allows us to listen to what's present for you, understand your story and current context, and choose together the starting point that makes the most sense: a Soul Syntropy Reset or one of the Immersions.

The three main modalities I work with are:

  • Breathwork – to encounter emotions and patterns from a place of curiosity rather than pushing them away.
  • Body and fascia – to release stored tension and open new possibilities for movement and response.
  • Lifestyle and choices – to gently align your daily rhythm with what truly nourishes you.
  • At Soul Syntropy Reset, we usually weave these three modalities into one integrated 75-minute session.

In the Immersions, we focus more on one modality at a time (Breathwork, Fascial Maneuvers or Lifestyle), while still honoring the others as part of your overall system and your daily reality.

    The job is:

    · No judgment – all your parts are welcome.

    · Non-directive – I guide and offer tools; your system sets the pace.

  • Practical – each session ends with something simple that you can take into your daily life.
  • Who I work with

I often work with people who carry a lot of responsibility at work and/or at home, who from the outside seem reliable and capable, but inside feel tired, stressed or close to their limit and do not want to lose their clarity, presence or kindness as demands increase.

    The sessions are available:

    · In person in Sitges and Barcelona, Spain.

    · Online for people in Europe and around the world.

I offer sessions in Spanish, English, Portuguese, and Dutch. You can mix languages if that feels more natural to you.

    La experiencia Soul Syntropy

Those who participate usually describe the experience as:

  • Calming and grounding.
  • · Clarifying, especially regarding next steps.

  • Support to feel more at home in one's own body and in one's own life.

  • “In my breathwork sessions, I always felt welcomed and cared for, no matter what I was going through. At the end of each session, I felt lighter and more connected to who I am.” — Luara M. (Brazil)
